Commercial Documents Eligible for Attestation
Under recognized international trade protocols and chamber conventions, PCTMEA Secretariat is authorized to attest the following export documentation:
- Certificates of Origin (General / Non-Preferential)
- Commercial Invoices & Packing Lists
- Manufacturer Test Reports & CoAs
- Agency Agreements & Distributorships
- Fumigation & Phytosanitary Certificates
- Price Lists, Trade Catalogues & Profiles
Step-by-Step Attestation Procedure
The applying firm must hold valid, active membership of PCTMEA for the ongoing fiscal year without outstanding subscription dues.
Every document presented for attestation must bear the signature and official stamp of the Proprietor, Partner, or registered Authorized Representative on company letterhead.
One photocopy of each document must be provided for Association record archives. For invoices, copy of corresponding Goods Declaration (GD) or L/C must be attached.
After verification against chamber records, documents are stamped with the official embossed seal and signed by the Secretary General or authorized officer.
