ELECTION SCHEDULE – 2026-28.

(1)     Approval of Election Schedule-2026-28 by the Executive Committee. (Tuesday 14^th July, 2026)                                                                             

(2)     Circulation to all members & display of Election Schedule-2026-28 at Notice Boards of the Offices of the Association at Head Office/Zonal Office.  (Wednesday, 15^th July, 2026) 

(3)     Last date of Receipt of intimation by the Secretary General from members regarding any changes in the names of their representatives along-with necessary proof of eligibility.  (Friday, 17^th July, 2026)

(4)    Display of Provisional List of Members (consisting on Name of Representative, CNIC Number, NTN, S.T. Registration Number) Eligible to vote in Election 2026-28 at Notice Boards of the Offices of the Association at Head Office/Zonal Office. (Friday, 24^th July, 2026)

(5)    Last date of Receipt of any objections by the Secretary General from members who have any objection to the entries in the list of voters in writing: (Friday, 31^st July, 2026)

(6)    The intimation by the Secretary General regarding action on the objections or changes sent by members: (Wednesday, 05^th August, 2026)

(7)    Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Secretary General may make a representation to the election commission: (Saturday, 08^th August, 2026)

(8) Decision on representation of members by the Election Commission: (Wednesday, 12^th August, 2026)

(9)    After the decision by the commission or in case the Commission fails to decide within the stipulated time provided in sub-rule (6), any person aggrieved by the decision of the commission may appeal to the Regulator of T.O on or before: (Saturday, 15^th August, 2026)

(10)    Decision of Regulator of T.O on appeal of member(s) on or before: (Monday, 24^th August, 2026) and his decision in this regard shall be final.

(11)    Display of Final List of Voters (consisting on Name of Representative, CNIC Number, NTN, S.T. Registration Number) at Notice Boards of the Offices of the Association at Head Office/Zonal Office. A copy of Final List of Voters to be submitted to the Regulator of T.O: (Wednesday, 26^th August, 2026)

(12)   Last date for submission of Nominations by the members for vacant posts of C.E.C:  (Friday, 28^th August, 2026)

(13)     Provision of copy of the final list of voters shall be provided to each contesting candidate: (Monday, 31^st August, 2026)

 (14)     The nomination papers shall be scrutinized by the commission and list of candidates shall be displayed: (Tuesday, 01^st September, 2026)

(15)   The objections, if any, to the nomination of the candidates can be filed to the election commission: (Wednesday, 02^nd September, 2026)

(16)     Decision of Election Commission on objections: (Friday, 04^th September, 2026)

(17)   After the decision by the commission or in case the Commission fails to decide within the stipulated time provided in sub-rule (6), any person aggrieved by the decision of the commission may appeal to the Regulator of T.O on or before: (Monday, 07^th   September, 2026)

(18)   Decision of Regulator of T.O on appeal of member(s) on (Saturday, 12^th September, 2026) and his decision in this regard shall be final.

(19)    Withdrawal of candidates from Election 2026-28: (Monday, 14^th September, 2026)

(20)    Issuance/display of the final list of candidates:  (Wednesday, 16^th September, 2026)

 (21)   Polling for election of members of Executive Committee Corporate Class: (Monday, 21^st September, 2026)

(22)       Polling for election of members of Executive Committee Associate Class: (Tuesday, 22^nd September, 2026)

(23)       Last date for submission of Nominations for Office Bearers (Chairman / Senior Vice Chairman / Vice Chairman) (Thursday, 24^th September, 2026)

(24)      The nomination papers shall be scrutinized by the commission and list of candidates shall be displayed: (Friday, 25^th September, 2026)

(25)       The polling for election of Office Bearers (Chairman / Senior Vice Chairman/ Vice Chairman) in Executive Committee Meeting by secret ballot.   (Monday, 28^th September, 2026)                                                                           

(26)       Announcement of final results of the election of members of Executive Committee and Office Bearers at the annual general meeting of Association to be called for this purpose on: (subject to confirmation of venue)  (Wednesday, 30^th September, 2026)                                                                                               

(27)        Display of final results at the notice boards of the Head/Zonal offices of the Association within two days & submission of copy of final results to the Regulator of T.O: within seven days.

 EXPLANATION:

Note: 1. POLLING HOURS SHALL BE 10:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.           

2. ELIGIBILITY OF CASTING VOTES/PARTICIPATION IN ELECTION:

• Completion of Two Years of Membership.
• Providing the proof of Filing Income Tax Return.
• Proprietor/Partner/Director will be eligible to cast the vote or a person

Not below the rank of General Manager authorized by the Board of

Directors of the firm/Company.

3. NEITHER POSTAL BALLOT NOR PROXY WILL BE ALLOWED.
4. IN CASE OF ANY HOLIDAY(S) FALLING ON ANY OF THE ABOVE WORKING DAYS OF THE ELECTION SCHEDULE, THE NEXT WORKING DAY WOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY TREATED AS THE NEW DATE.
