Re: NOTICE OF ELECTION – 2024-26.
Notice is hereby given under Article 15(a), Article 66 (x) & (xii) of the Association of PCTMEA, for Election of Central Executive Committee, to all members, that the Election of the Association shall be held, as per Election Schedule enclosed herewith at following places:
1 – For the Northern Zone at 2nd Floor, Plaza No.122, Block-A, Central Park Housing Scheme,
Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
2 – For the Southern Zone at Room No.W-1, Dinar Chambers, West Wharf Read, Karachi.
The election shall be held for the following offices:
1- (a) Northern Zone Committee : 12 Members.
2- (b) Southern Zone Committee : 12 Members.
Following is enclosed for the election purposes –
Election Schedule-2024-26.
ELIGIBILITY OF CASTING VOTES/PARTICIPATION IN ELECTION.
1 – Completion of two years membership of this Association.
2 – To furnish this Association proof of filing of a return of Income Tax-2023.
3 – Proprietor/Partner/Director will be eligible to cast the vote or a person not bellow the rank of General Manager authorized by board of Directors of firm/Company whose signature cards have been deposited with this office.
NOTE: NEITHER POSTAL BALLOT NOR PROXY WILL BE ALLOWED.
EXPLANATION:
1- The elections shall be held on the basis of voters’ list the members who have renewed their memberships up-to 31.03.2025. The newly elected Office Bearers & Members C.E.C. shall assume charge of office w.e.f. 1st October, 2024. The tenure of all Office Bearers shall
expire on 30.09.2026.
